Summary

Dr. Adilson José de Oliveira is Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) since 2010. He was Guest Lecturer at University of Boras, Sweden, in 2016. He received his Master's and Doctorate degrees, in Mechanical Engineering, from State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), in 2003 and 2007, respectively, both in the manufacturing subjects. He works on mechanical design, instrumentation, and machining processes. His current research focus is milling and turning of hardened materials, dynamometers based on strain gauges, design and manufacturing of mechanical manipulators, integration of CAD/CAM/CNC chain. During his professional career, he worked at ZF Brazil and Picchi (currently MetalCoop) companies, as well as at Educational Society of Santa Catarina as Lecturer.
